Antidotes And Dietary Hacks

For Chlorine Dioxide, ClO2: If you take too large of a dose of ClO2 and is overly nauseous, drink as much cold water as possible with 1000 MGs of vitamin C.   If you use Vitamin C do not use Baking Soda or Alka-Seltzer.

Or use Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda) can also act as a viable antidote.  Mix one level teaspoon full of Baking Soda to 8oz of water and drink.  One, can also use Alka-Seltzer, one tablet in a glass of cold water.  Just use one or the other of these two remedies.

Overdose of Sodium Chlorite:  If consumed, use ½ teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda and drink as much as possible in cold water.  Best to add ½ teaspoon of baking soda to each glass of water.  You may have to see a doctor or emergency poison clinic, ER.

Eating food does help settle the stomach, but only after drinking as much of water as possible.

My last husband was habitually getting food poisoning.  This always put him out of commission from work for at least a week. This also works for E.Coli, Escherichia Coli, ie. Food Poisoning

Take 6 “n 6, Which is 6 activated (Chlorine Dioxide) drops in 6oz of distilled (is best) water. Then wait 30 minutes and if still feeling sick take a second dose of the above: 6 activated drops in another 6 oz of water.  This has never failed my last husband.  He never had to go to any other protocol to feel well again.

This is my favorite protocol because I use it for most of my emergency situations then move over to any other traditional protocol.  Even the Protocol 1000.  It is quick fast and easy.

This 6 “n 6 is great for attacking the flu, headaches, food poisoning, upset stomachs etc… and makes a great maintenance dose too.

Dietary Hacks

Second, try Non-GMO foods, and organic foods.

Third, take out traditional carbohydrates like breads, pastas, grains, etc.

Fourth, this is the hardest to eliminate, sugars.  The best way is to start with high fructose corn syrups, all fake sugars, and granulated sugars.  Switch to honey, pure maple syrup, coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, cane sugar and fruits, like date sugar.  This will help you to buy less and use less. Try natural fruits, instead.  A side benefit is it reduces craving.

Start by eliminating drinks with sugar and sugar substitutes.   Later, cut fruit juices with water.  Over a year, you will notice your desire for them will diminish. Or do like some people do. Just cut them out completely from your diet and just cheat once or twice a week.  After about 6 months you will find your desire for them diminished and they actually start tasting nasty. Or just too sweet for your liking.  Foods take on a whole new dimension.

Yes, less is best.

For most of us our lifestyle is too sedentary for the three meals our ancestors ate. Lol which they didn’t!

Three meals a day is a dietary custom made up by the USDA to fatten us up and make us unhealthy.  Why would they do that? Hummmm follow the money… Advertisement took advantage of this and to get people to buy more and to eat more.  Eating less is another antidote for health…. Start by just eating less at each meal. Then go to one or two meals then to a window of 8 hours to eat. Then down to 6-hour window and best it’s a 4-hour window.  When you get to one meal or a 4-hour eating window you will have not only lost weight, but you will have gained more energy and boost your immune system, giving you a sense of wellbeing like you have never experienced before.

What you put on and into your body does matter despite what the medical system says. They brainwash you to think they are right, and you cannot live without overeating. Wrong foods matter! All bodies are different so you must find what works for you. Good discovery for what makes you healthy again.
